Our role

CWD Group undertook the following scope of works for the project at 41 Evergreen Ave, Loganlea:

1. Undertake site visit to gain appreciation of site conditions
2. Liaise with project team as needed
3. Address relevant codes relating to the engineering items below
4. Stormwater Quantity Assessment:

  • Undertake existing hydrologic calculations to determine runoff from the site from the 2, 5, 10, 20, 50 and 100 year ARI event
  • Undertake developed hydrologic calculations to determine runoff from the site from the 2, 5, 10, 20, 50 and 100 year ARI event
  • Determine impacts of the development of peak discharges from the site
  • Define a strategy to ensure no adverse impacts on stormwater runoff for neighbouring properties (including detention)
  • Determine lawful point of discharge
  • Address integration of the site into existing stormwater infrastructure
  • Prepare content for inclusion into the stormwater management plan, which will be supervised and certified an RPEQ engineer

5. Sewer and Water Concepts:

  • Liaise with Logan Water regarding water and sewer connections
  • Prepare conceptual plans of the proposed sewer and water connections
  • Ensure designs adhere with SEQ code and unity water guidelines
  • Documentation of designs supervised and certified by RPEQ engineer

6. Access/Handle Conceptual Plan:

  • Ensure proposed access handle characteristics are consistent with the planning scheme and other relevant guidelines
  • Prepare typical section of proposed access handle
  • Documentation of designs supervised and certified by RPEQ engineer
  • Exclusions

7. The following are excluded from the scope of this proposal:

  • Bank erosion and stability analysis
  • Site survey
  • Cost of council or Queensland State Government data
