Residential Subdivision Loganlea

This residential subdivision in Loganlea is a one into nine lots. With preparation of these lots, the team at Civil and Water Design has worked across many engineering disciplines from stormwater management to construction of water, sewer and stormwater infrastructures, traffic design and much more.

Currently in the process of construction, Civil and Water Design is working closely with council to ensure all applications and future requirements are progressing smoothly.

On behalf of the client, Civil and Water Design has lodged DA for approval, water-meter applications, liaised with council members from multiple departments, completed site visits, completed pre-start meetings and is now continuing liaison with council and client during construction.

At the completion of construction there will be nine new residential lots contributing to the growing development of Loganlea. Not a bad way to start the New Year. See more of our civil engineering projects.
