Our role
- Prepare for engineering code report and construction management plan (CMP)
- Detailed design drawings of the kerb and channel
- Design new road connecting Spruce Street and Appian Way
- Design and install a new network of sewer pipes and manholes
- Design and construction of crossovers for new lots, services and utilities
- Prepare earthworks for management of stormwater flows
- Provide designs for the proposed lot subdivision and liaise with Logan Water to provide acceptable solution

- The report and attached drawings demonstrate the development in accordance with relevant standards and guidelines
- Construction Management Plan, a practical guide, is to ensure compliance with OHS & E requirements
- Stormwater management plan (SMP) is to support the Development Application(DA) for the development
Outcome of the project
- Proposed development is adequate to satisfy the ‘lawful point of discharge’ as per the Logan City Planning Scheme 2015
- Proposed design of the engineered channel located at the south western corner of the site will not adversely impact the current flooding conditions
- Proposed subdivision of the site is appropriate
The site is located at 46 Spruce Street, Loganlea, having an approximate area of 1.086 Ha in size. The project is comprised of five following components, including subdivision in 18 lots, establishment of new road, design and construction of crossovers for new lots, construction of new water and sewer infrastructure, and new stormwater infrastructure.
Engineering report and attached drawings demonstrate that proposed development complies with the relevant standards and guidelines. For Construction Management Plan, it describes the process and responsibilities by which Civil and Water Design will report, handle and manage all activities to be self-performed and subcontracted throughout the entirety of the project.
